Description

Come to our Extreme Center SUP (Stand Up Paddle) or kayak course and you will enjoy watching whales and dolphins with Extrem Center Tenerife.
We will first initiate you in Stand Up Paddle for one hour where you will learn about:

• the material to know, the ocean and the weather (to be able to analyze and choose the navigation area correctly, how the wind acts,…)
• security (difficult conditions, currents, swimmers and boats)
• SUP or KAYAK TECHNIQUES (finding the balance shaft, playing with the center of gravity, position, paddling technique, turns, how to take to advantage of waves when navigating,of the breeze for comfortable paddling, …)
  After getting used to the basic aspects of this sport, you will make a 1 hour crossing with an instructor where you will travel along the southern Tenerife coast visiting whales and dolphins a few meters far from you.
